We will:

• Maintain personal hygiene regime by washing/sanitising hands and keeping our offices clean
• Wear face coverings should you raise this as your preference when dealing with a member of our staff (face coverings are mandatory in Wales unless exempt)
• Continue to offer virtual viewings
• Continue to ask whether any party is showing symptoms or has been asked to self-isolate or shield before going ahead with any physical appointments (in Wales a maximum of 2 people will be able to attend a physical appointment or viewing)
• Endeavor to limit the length of time you are present at the property to what is absolutely necessary to limit close contact with the owner/tenant/viewer
• Continue to ask that windows are opened to enable the free flow of air to help control the spread, and surfaces in properties are sanitised prior to viewings
• Recommend to practice some level of social distancing during the appointment, where possible (2m rule will be followed in Wales)
